A long-standing client approached us to refresh their existing website, which had begun to look dated both visually and structurally. The aim was to create a more modern, user-friendly experience while ensuring the site remained accessible and easy to navigate for a wide range of users.
We redesigned the website with a clean, contemporary look and restructured the content to make key information quicker and easier to find across all devices.

A key improvement was the introduction of an online repeat medication order form. Previously managed by phone, the new digital form allows clients to submit requests at any time, improving convenience for users and reducing pressure on staff.
The result is a modern, efficient website that better supports both the client and their customers.
